Jessica is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and a Certified Case Manager who has been practicing for five years. Jessica specializes in mental health and addiction, perinatal mood disorders, and serving the LGBTQ+ population. Jessica frequently uses Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) with her clients. Outside work, she enjoys spending time with her two children and two dogs. She loves reading, gardening, canning food, and quilting in her spare time.
Kelli Lambert has had a thriving career in healthcare for the past decade. She started this career as a registered nurse in 2013, working in long-term care and the emergency department at a pediatric hospital. She continued her education at the University of Indianapolis and graduated with her Master of Science in nursing degree in 2018. Since then, she has worked as a nurse practitioner in behavioral health specializing in addictions and working within the Marion County Jail. Kelli enjoys world travel and has been to some very interesting places, her favorites being South Africa, Thailand, and Spain. Despite her love of adventure, she also loves her day-to-day routine with her family. With a husband, 2 children and a baby at home - there's never a dull moment!
Sudha Manepalli, FNP, is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner through the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. She has experience in many medical settings, including medical-surgical, oncology, labor and delivery, and long-term acute care. With clinical experience as a nurse practitioner in pediatric, primary adult, and geriatric care, Mrs. Sudha cares for patients in all stages of life. Her specialized focus is to evaluate, diagnose, and treat individuals dealing with drug and alcohol addiction.
She emphasizes openness, compassion, and flexibility in her care. Mrs. Sudha dedicates to understanding each member’s life experiences and health goals. She values the relationship between provider and member and strives to build trust to guide patients through a healthy and active life.
Adria Thornburgh, MSN, APRN, PMHNP-BC, is a board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner. Adria has been a practicing registered nurse since 2005 and a nurse practitioner of psychiatry since 2018. She has a diverse and multifaceted background with clinical experience in various settings, including Emergency, Obstetrics/Maternal-Child, Infusion/IV Team, Home Care, Behavioral Health, and Case Management. Additionally, Adria has experience within the healthcare technology industry as a clinical nurse educator, specialist, and consultant. While Adria’s background is varied, she has always had a passion for psychology, psychiatry, and mental health. Adria is also passionate about utilizing technology to improve individuals’ lives and the overall population’s health, particularly those in underserved areas. Adria’s treatment approach is patient-centered, holistic, and integrative, focusing on the underlying roots of an issue or problem. An Indiana Wesleyan University graduate, Adria's interests span from antiquing to nature, emphasizing the therapeutic power of creativity, connection, and environmental stewardship in mental wellness.
