Cory Slusher, Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner

Cory Slusher, a southwest Ohio native, is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with a rich background in forensic, emergency, and trauma nursing spanning 16 years. Her dedication lies in merging physical and mental health care to support holistic recovery. Cory's commitment to providing intentional, compassionate, and comprehensive care is rooted in her belief that recovery encompasses the whole person. Outside the clinic, she cherished time in nature with her family and pets.

Genevieve Sofranec, LISW

Genevieve Sofranec, LISW

Genevieve Sofranec is a licensed independent social worker in Ohio with over four years of clinical therapy experience. Genevieve, known for her warmth and compassion, works to see the world from the perspective of each client and support and empower without judgement. She shares her love of life in her sessions, working to build hope, confidence, and create long-lasting positive change. She is a relationship builder who adapts around each client's specific needs. She looks to improve overall well-being by looking at the physical, mental, emotional, spiritual/purpose, and social aspects of life and building on our strengths. Genevieve has many gifts that strengthen her practice: a passion for connection and collaboration, expertise in evaluation and problem-solving, and life experience. Guided by the client's desires and needs, Genevieve utilizes interventions from Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Trauma-Responsive Care among other evidence-based practices.
