The Tennessean Names Wayspring a Winner of the Middle Tennessee Area Top Workplaces 2022 Award

Wayspring, a value-based healthcare organization that provides medical, behavioral health, and social support services to people with complex needs, has been awarded a Top Workplaces 2022 honor by The Tennessean Top Workplaces. The list of top workplaces is based solely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by Energage, an employee engagement technology company. The anonymous survey uniquely measures 15 culture drivers that are critical to the success of any organization, including alignment, execution, leadership, and connection.

“I believe this recognition is reflective of the determination, passion, and creativity of our team,” said Carter Paine, chief executive officer of Wayspring. “We have built a top-tier culture aligned with our mission to revolutionize the way healthcare is delivered to vulnerable populations. I am extremely proud of the team and their shared desire for excellence.”

“Companies need to authentically represent their brand to job-seekers,” said Eric Rubino, chief executive officer at Energage. “The employee experience needs to be on the mission-critical list. Leaders who embrace a people-first culture will benefit greatly. By giving employees a voice and showcasing your authentic culture through employer branding, organizations can attract those job seekers who complement their culture. Culture drives performance.”

More than 1,200 public, private, non-profit, and government organizations across Middle Tennessee were invited to participate in this year’s nomination process. Of those, a grand total of 106 organizations were selected as Top Workplace winners for 2022.
