Tanya has over ten years of experience in the healthcare industry, leading human resources and operations teams. She believes that forming strong relationships, hiring top talent, and providing those teams with the needed resources to succeed within their roles as we serve our clients are essential elements to achieve meaningful results. Before joining Wayspring, Tanya worked for rapidly growing urgent care companies and excelled at building scalable, efficient processes to support that growth. Tanya graduated with a B.S. in Communications from the University of Tennessee.
